History
Rockin The Barn 2005 proved to be an amazing success and a real feel-good event, with everyone getting something out of it and many of the bands wishing to return in 2006. The following years
With the demand for local live music proven, Rockin The Barn has continued to be a hugely successful event, raising the rafters of the Barn Theatre each September since 2005. It just seems to get better and more popular each year.

In 2008 the format for Rockin The Barn was changed to take place over two days, with a Friday "Booze and Blues" evening and the Saturday featuring three young local bands in the afternoon, followed by three previous headline bands in the evening. This proved extremely successful and thus subsequent years have all been held over two days.
Traditionally, the Friday night has now become "Rock Night", Saturday afternoon features acoustic acts, rock n roll, indie/originals bands and Saturday evening is an entertaining selection of excellent quality covers bands.
